Important Notes:

1. The onus is on the passenger to ensure all visa requirements are met. Shamba Travel and Tours will not be held liable if a traveller is denied boarding due to not having the correct VISAs. If you are not sure of VISA regulations about a country you are visiting kindly contact latest information from the embassies.

2. Passenger names on booking must appear as on passport.

3. Booking/s and fares are valid for 24-hours only,thereafter they will be subject to cancellation by the airline.

4. You need to cancel your booking in time so that you are not a no-show, otherwise the airline will charge you a fee.
